This high-impact project involved the design and installation of a vaulted feature wall with a complex chevron shiplap pattern. Every board was precision-cut at matching angles to create a seamless symmetrical V-pattern that draws the eye upward to the ceiling peak. The installation includes a flush-mounted linear electric fireplace and a custom-fabricated floating mantel with a distressed gray finish. I managed all aspects of the build, including the perimeter trim molding to frame the unit against the existing walls, secure TV mounting with hidden wire management, and a professional-grade matte finish in a modern slate charcoal. The result is a bold, architectural focal point that combines rustic texture with contemporary clean lines
