Project Details
This project was a total structural and aesthetic reconstruction executed personally from demolition to final finish. I removed existing ceiling soffits to maximize vertical space and demolished water-damaged, rotted framing within the shower enclosure, rebuilding all structural sections with moisture-resistant materials. I performed precision installation of premium marble tile across all floor and wall surfaces, including professional waterproofing and substrate preparation. The original bathtub was removed, and I engineered a custom reinforced frame to support the installation of the new unit. I personally fabricated and installed a custom-sized vanity and a matching storage cabinet to optimize the room's layout.
