This project involved the custom manufacture of six heavy-duty roll-out trays designed to upgrade existing kitchen base cabinets. I fabricated each drawer using high-quality birch plywood with durable joinery to ensure long-term structural integrity under heavy loads. The trays feature a tapered side-profile design for easy access to items while maintaining secure containment. The installation process included the precision mounting of professional-grade, full-extension ball-bearing slides, allowing for smooth operation and complete visibility of cabinet contents. This custom solution significantly improves kitchen ergonomics by eliminating the need to reach into deep cabinet corners, providing a high-end organizational upgrade to standard cabinetry
